Sadly, Fakehusk is right. If you have bad credit, this is going to poison your chances for a loan. The only way out of this is to take on a partner with good credit, and have them apply for the loan.
Also, go over your liabilities when starting business, and be aware that your location (if you're talking about an open store) will eat up a lot of your cash in rent. You might be better served running your business online. A friendd of a friend runs an online boutique out of a refurbished garage and does fairly well. You might want to look into it.
