How do i apply for a friend to appear on a GARDEN MAKEOVER show?

A close friend of mine has been through a very tough time along with her sister and ultimately have been left in charge of the family house due to what has happened. They both study and work very hard and have little time to maintain the garden at all, i was wondering how i go about applying for them to have a garden makeover as a way of saying well done for the way they have handled things. I would appreciate websites and any other info you can provide as i cant seem to find them.
