me being a UK citizen? I a UK resident and live in the UK. Myself and my American friend, a US citizen and resident who lives in the US, would like to start a business. How do we set this up with neither of us having employment rights in each other's respective countries? The preference would be that I move to the US to grow the business- but we don't understand how to start tackling visas etc! Help appreciated...
