How do I afford a $30,000 car while in college?

I currently own a $15,000 car and am getting most of my education payed for. What is the best way to trade it in for a nicer car? And, what kind of means of pay would I need to know about (i.e. monthly payments)? What is the best job to accomplish this? What is the cheapest, yet safe, means of housing?

Basically, I'm asking for financial advise for getting that new Dodge Challenger while in college. Thanks for any words of help.
