How do I adjust the x-over frequencies?

I have two amps in my car--one for the sub, and one for the midrange speakers. I don't want to use the head unit for the filters, so I'm going to adjust them on the amps. The problem is that on the amps, just two numbers are given for the crossover frequencies. The lower limit, and the higher limit. So I want to set my crossover to 80 Hz, but I don't know where in the revolution it is if that makes sense. The knobs will turn like 1.75 times, and the frequencies range from like 20 Hz up to 320 Hz. How do I figure out where 80 Hz is in there, or how do I properly adjust it?
