How do I adjust the date on System Restore to a date that is earlier than the

earliest "bold" date.? I lost my profile and I need to get it back.
My earliest Bold Date on my System is March 28 and I need to go back to March 27 when I had my settings correct.
I'm using Windows XP.

I know how to system restore, I just do not know how to go back to a date previous to the earliest date possible on my system.
