How do I adjust the aim of my headlights on a 2002 Toyota Tacoma?

I lifted my truck and the headlights now aim too high! I need to adjust the aim downward so they point towards the road in front of me instead of straight ahead. If someone can explain the necessary steps required to perform the task on a 2002 Toyota Tacoma I would appreciate it very much. Thanks!!!
 
It's a screwdriver type with a torx head on it.

T-15

Should be the same as yours.
 
your adjustment screws should be in the front of the head light or on the in side along the radiator support rail
