Here's the situation. Due to lack of communication I was forced to make an on the spot decision and break a rule. The reason behind it was validated. The NCO instead of addressing the situation professionally, brought the whole squad off to the side, and yelled and cussed at me in front of the section. I tried to defend myself and he just used his rank and title to lock me up. He continued to belittle and demean me in front of my peers. I tried to defend myself, and he kept locking me up. Now here's where things get complicated. Naturally I got written up, but there's no impartiality with the Platoon Sergeant and the 1SG. These NCO's have a friendship formed with the 1SG and Commander and I was pretty much thrown to the wolves. I requested a "rehabilitated transfer" which JAG HIGHLY ADVISED me to do. I was pretty much told "F@CK NO." I appealed the Article 15 to take it to Battalion, and I'm looking to get my side of the story out into the open to a 3rd party, get the rehabilitated transfer despite the fact that Legal advised it as being in my best interest, and bring up several unethical, immoral, and at times illegal practices by these Non-Commissioned Officers (keep in mind that we're currently deployed to Afghanistan). What would be the most intelligent and professional way to go about it? If you would like more details on the practices of these NCOs, feel free to ask. I will list them all out.
