How do I add the date onto a photo with the panasonic TZ6 camera?

I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ6 camera and want to imprint the date onto the photo itself. I have googled it and still can't work it out. I am hoping someone will be able to offer some advice.

Look into the camera menu/options, see if there is some way to imprint date/time. If you can't find anything, check your camera manual if you still have it. If nothing else, there are many photo programs that will do this for you.
