How do I add new Textures in Photoshop CS4?

I was told you just go C. Drive > Program Files > Adobe > Photoshop CS4 > Presets > Textures and drop the texture in there or open it from there, but my presets folder does not contain a "Textures" folder and I can't add any or load any. I really need to find a way to get a snake skin texture or something like that. I'm running Windows XP Pro. 32-bit if that makes a difference. Help please!
