How do I add enrollment / purchase confirmation fields into my website and

create invoices? I'll be offering a product and service that I'll be selling on my website. It does not include online purchasing. They confirm their purchase, provide address and contact information, and I bill them later.

Are there any plug-in type modules to do this? Can the data go directly into an invoicing and billing system?
