how do i tell if my pc already has a bluetooth connection?

Checked the specs on-line and your laptop doesn't come with a bluetooth device pre-installed in it so that means you'll have to buy an external USB dongle type one. Google USB Bluetooth devices on-line then check out your nearest Best Buy and Micro Center for price comparison. Usually it should sell for around 10 dol lars. I have one for my desktop computer.

To tell if you already have Bluetooth go to hardware manager and it would be listed there. If you don't have it then you have to buy an external usb chip it says bluetooth on the box it sells for 20 Dollars at walmart. Happy shoping

It doesn't; no eMachines comes with a built-in Bluetooth Module.
You'll need to buy one online, go to newegg.com and search for Bluetooth devices you can put in your PC to link up to another device, like you want.
This means you will have to physically install the hardware, and then software, onto the motherboard of the computer, which if you are not well-accustomed to the insides of a computer, I do not recommend you try to do by yourself.
Alternatively, if you are willing to pay, go get it done by a professional.
