How do I add an image as the background to my Tumblr?

I'm using the Tumblr theme "Insomnia", and I was wondering how to put your own background on it? This HTML stuff confuses me...any help pleasee?

Like with the HTML and CSS stuff, where do I put it, and the code etc. etc.?
