How do I add a background image in Quick Blogcast?

I am using GoDaddy to host my site. One of my pages is a blog and I use GoDaddy's Quick Blogcast to manage it. The content of my blog is 900 pixels wide. Quick Blogcast auto-fills the area surrounding the content with some shade of blue. How can I replace that with an image of my choosing and how do I get it to tile in Quick Blogcast? If it's not possible, how do I change the color (I've looked in the color tab under Customize, but I cannot find which Element controls this)?
