How do I activate text prediction in my Nokia 2730C?

I just bought my new cell with a 3G line. The thing is, ever since I turned it on, I've been noticing that I have to spell every word on the messages I send. Where is the text prediction (makes 4663 spell "home" or so) feature enabled/disabled? under what menu and/or settings?
