at first i have a toshiba Satellite laptop with windows vista and it had the bluetooth option which i used to use to send fr0m and to my laptop, but then windows vista caused some problems so the IT guy did a format to my laptop and he installed windows 7 instead of windows vista and since that time i can not find anymore the bluetooth device, it has disappeared! so how can i get it back???
