I'm thinking of buying a samsung reclaim from someone idk and i just wanna make sure i dont get cheated. so do i need to original owner of the phone to activate it for me or can i just take the phone to activated? im just worried i wont be able to activate and use it and my money will go to waste. so if you guys know anything that the person could do to trick me let me know so i can be prepared. any kind of comments would be appreciated. i dont wanna get jipped. thanks
