How do I acquire free Rogers Ring-tones for my phone?

Every site I go to always doesn't have rogers, OR, is just full of crap. And since phones are scams and don't allow you to use songs as ring-tones, I am in a bind.
 
Each time Ive seen free ringtones available on the internet, I ended up accepting that it may have been some accessable site that 10,000 webmasters looped, linked or whatever they do to pull you through THEIR site.

I no longer bother to click the links, and if I ever get another phone of my choosing, I will get one that I can easily upload a song from my pc and apply it as a ringtone. Im tired of being sold something that will be used as a money milking device. Its MY personal opinion that if I own the song, I can put it on my phone.
