How do Harley Davidson Dealers pay the high rent or lease for their prime location?

Where do they get the money for the $20K to $60K per month rent or lease for their building at a prime, high traffic location?
They are NOT selling any new bikes!
I know the correct answer, but I want to see if everybody else knows.
