How do clean fish tank?

How do I clean a glass 10 gal fish tank with 2 grey frogs?? Can I take them out for half an hour to clean it without putting them in shock?
 
wet your hand down.. put them in a holding tank or a plastic container so they cant escape...and so they can breathe....

and clean their tank with a cap full of bleach and hot water... make sure you dry it completely so you get all of the bleach off the tank.. and so that you don't cause mold to grow in the tank..

then put them back.
