How do change the htc desire hd weather settings?

Hey, I just got my phone and I'm wondering how I change the weather update setting? It is stuck on update automatically and every 3 hours. How do I change that, it kinda kills the battery. Also how do I change the vibration setting. It vibrated when I type and so how do I change that? Cheers
