How difficult is it to take a door panel off of a 1997 Acura CL?

I'm having difficulties with the driver's side window and a friend of mine who is good with cars advised me to take off the door panel and push the window up. I want to try and do that but I'm not exactly too sure how to take off the door panel. My friend can't help me because he doesn't live in my area and can't describe to me specifically how to remove the panel since it varies depending on the car.

So does anybody know how to remove the panel and if so, is it very difficult?
