I had my son 18 mos ago and I m pretty much down to my normal weight before I got prego but the problems is....I DONT LOOK THE SAME lol. Weird, I guess that muscle straight turned into blubber? I got belly fat and whats weird is it's really squishy, not loose skin but very squishy??? Please give me an example of some ab exercises and if I do only ab exercises shouldn't that be enought to tighten up my stomach area in a few weeks??
