how did they pick the contestants for the Dodge Ram Challenge?

I was looking at the website for the obstacle-course competition "Dodge Ram Challenge." I was wondering if anyone knew how they initially selected the contestants. Do they select new contestants for every episode? Links to web pages explaining this information is helpful.

The competition web site is http://ramchallenge.yahoo.com . I have searched the available links, and cannot find where they select the contestants.
