Humans have been around about 200,000 years.
It only takes 200 years to go from horse drawn carriages to computers. Do you honestly believe that the world has never tasted advanced technology? We have had the same capacity for 200,000 years and decide to only use it after 198,000 years?

I really think that we have reached advanced levels many times, but have destroyed ourselves many times.

check this out:

There are places where the sand was turned to glass, without craters or meteorites.

What fuses glass in an ellipse and is fallowed by a desert?
Nuclear detonations........

Then there is the question: Why were there pyramids built in two different continents separated by large oceans built around the same time?

Just in Egypt, there would have to be vast amounts of slaves to build the pyramids, hauling that much how did they feed and give water to that many people in the desert? Thousands of them would have died...
But where did they bury the bodies in the desert, we know that it is arid and dry and would preserve all of them, it would look like there was a holocaust with all the dead bodies piled up.... where is the proof?
