They were hunters and gatherers. Our "Out of Africa" ancestors foraged along the shore of the Indian Ocean and along the rivers that they encountered, most notably the Indus.
Well, this homo sapien earned a BA in anthropology, worked for a year, lost his job...now sits on the couch and watches TV and plays xbox. This homo sapien wishes he had chosen a different major.
