If you say God used it to test humans then doesn't that mean HE is partially responsible for sins and the chaos in this world?

Why did snakes lost the ability to talk?

If you say the snake is SATAN how and why was Satan able to break in to God's place???

If it's meant to be taken metaphorically then why are so many people CREATIONISTS?
 
The snake was part of God's creation and the devil just got inside of it and made it talk. Lucifer whose name was changed to the devil or satan had been kicked out of heaven already.
