...confidential only for me and him? this was back when i was 16. so my doctor testes me for stds and he asked me all the questions etc. he also told me this was only between me and him. and my paretns had know way of finding out.. i was 16 at that time
well i already had a bad feeling cuz he wrote down all the notes about my sexual aactivity on his paper in a folder, and when my parent scame in the room he had the folder wide open write their wehere they can see the info. i thought he was an idiot or somthing
then a few days later he called me and said my results were negative, but a few days later my parents came up to me and were like hey good news son, your results were negative.
inside i was just like wtf howd they even find out. i thought it was confifential. but apparently they called the front office of my doctors office and the nurses or whoever they were got my folder and showed it to my parents. that happend even though my doctor told me it was between me and him. so i jsut felt really pissed off, and thank God i just moved and dont have to see him again
but im 18 now and still live with my parents. i jsut finished highschool. so next time i visit my new doctor, can i trust him my information will be confidential?? i really dont want to be let down again. if ym parents do end up finding out confidential info can i sew my doctor or somthing for lieng to me?
please tell me what you know. i dont want tl be lied to again
