how did i eat today? if i continue like this will i lose some weight?

today when i wokeup i had a banana.
i got a medium decaf french vanilla coffee with milk and sugar at dunkin donuts, but i didnt finish it, i drank about 2/3
mid morning i had a oats and chocolate fiber one bar
lunchtime i had a large tossed salad with grilled chicken and italian dressing. i had some bread with it to keep me full
when i got home from school i cut up an apple and had a bit of peanut butter with it
for dinner i had a 6" subway sandwhich ( turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, and oil and vinegar dressing)
for dessert i had a cup of tea with some sugar in it, and 2 small homemade chocolate chip cookies.

im only 15, so im not looking for any legitimate diet plans. i ate 5 meals/snacks today, and i think they were decently healthy and reasonable in calories. i dont wanna severely restrict my calories, and i treated myself with the 2 very small cookies so i dont think that broke the barrier with any calorie limits.
