how did i do today? (diet and exercise)?

breakfast: thomas light multigrain english muffin (100 cal) and a banana
lunch: Lenny's sub shop--mile high turkey sandwich (turkey on a wheat kaiser roll) with tomatoes and pickles, baked chips
exercise: 4 miles and hill sprints at cross country
dinner: ground sirloin burger on a sesame seed bun, lettuce tomatoes pickles, pack of apple slices
snack: 1 cup of cheerios :)

i like to have some sort of a snack before bed so i chose cheerios. it was either that or halloween candy ;)
i am 13 years old, 5'2''
95 lbs
