I have to write an article pretending to be a news reporter from the 1920's I need to know how he changed american auto-making and what this did for the country

geez i thought he was talking about the butt ugly edsel lmao, hide that face.funny thing is he didnt invent the assy line, just used the idea. off topic, but i think those t's had like a 7 inch stroke.

Easy, he perfected mass production via the assembly line technique. Instead of being like other car companies of the time who were assembled by a small team of car experts that could only put a few cars out a day he had a huge team of unskilled workers who only did one job over and over but did it fast enough to produce lots and lots of cars each day.

He kept his costs down by hiring unskilled workers and by buying parts in bulk and keeping the cars simple that he was able to pass the savings on to the average consumer to the point that pretty much anyone could afford a car.

Cars = transportation for the masses
