For a history project I have to find some ways that Benito Mussolini contributed to the Culture (of Italy I'm guessing) during his reign of power. Any information would help. I couldn't find anything online, but maybe I'm just not pulling the information out. Include sources, if you have them!

Please be as detailed as you can!

Well, he inspired Fascism and the culture of corruption, which Bush later picked up upon his (almost) election in 2000. :)

Nah, I'm not really sure either.. but he was a Nationalist, so I'm guessing he probably funded some Italian artwork and architecture etc.

1. he coined the word "totalitarianism"(everything for the state, nothing outside the state).
2.he wrote a book "man and divinity" and sang the praises of athiesm.
3.he was famous for his ability to speak in great depths and without notes.
4.the women loved il duce and he loved them back. women even sent in their wedding rings, diamonds and all, for the good of the state.
i could go on and on. he was an interesting historical figure.
