How deep does Agri Pipe have to be in a garden bed?

I'm intending to lay down some 65mm (is there narrower? and would it be effective?) Agri Pipe to provide drainage for both a lawn and some garden bed. I'm just not sure how deep the pipe needs to be? Also, does anyone know if the pipe needs a lot of fall, or is a slight grade sufficient?
