how could you pass the asssessment test for jobs?

i would like to know what is the purpose of these tests and how do they score them. does this test determine your qualifications for the job
 
generally these tests are not meant to score intelligence, but rather a means of telling if someone has the common sense to do a rather simple tast or help a customer
