How could you fix the bluetooth of a gps garmin nuvi 1390lmt?

I have a garmin nuvi 1390 lmt and a motorola razr v3. When I try to pair up my phone with the gps it works perfectly, the gps recieves all the phone data and memory and all my contacts with the names, but when a person tht i know calls the caller id says unknown number but wen i answer it and press the telephone i-con it shows all the info of the person that is calling. please reply with a queston ASAP i will appreciate it
