how could the military help me with college?

i want to enlist in one of the branches. im pretty sure i want to get into civil engineering after my service and that would most likely be my mos in the military. but first i want to get my degree, which navy and air force it is a requirement to have one to get into that field. im coming out of high school this summer and want to some how connect the military with my schooling and help pay for it. how can i enlist and get my degree through the military but get into engineering? and which branch between them all has the best preparation for the job world when i get out? any info would help
