Well, most of the organizers had probably already been brainwashed by the Nazi education and propaganda system. Also, you have to understand the utter hatred the Jews had inspired in Germany. Many Germans felt anger at how WW1 had ended with an utter lost. After all, they didn't seem like losing, and had to pay tonnes of money to everybody, which caused rampant inflation. Hitler just tapped into that anger, making the Jews scapegoats. That practice still exists today. Every time something bad happens like mass unemployment or something, there will always be someone who'll say, "Blame it on the immigrants."
The Holocaust was horrible, and should never be repeated. But since Adolf Hitler, there have been genocides by people who were just as evil. Sure, maybe they didn't have the smae amount of deaths attributed to them because of their limited resources, but they still killed. And you just can't lay everything on Adolf, also blame the people who carried out the executions, who actually did the Holocaust. They were just as big scumbags.
