I have an old 88 Mustang and i don't have a cd player in it. I want XM Radio but i don't want to pay for Xm and a regular cd player. I was wanting to know if somehow they can hard wire the xm directly through my car to the car antenna so that way i don't have to use an FM frequency or use the tape adapter. I just want to plug in my XM and have it built in. I don't want a tape player or cd player.

Yes. Look for a part number XMFM1. It should be available anywhere XM radio is sold; or you buy it online from many vendors. This feeds the FM signal from the satellite radio unit directly into the antenna connection at the back of your stock radio, and at the same time it cuts off the regular antenna input so that there's no interference while the XM radio is switched on. I've used this device many, many times with very good results.
