I'm new at playing football. NEVER played it before until freshman year now we are training for the fall. I feel like they are pushing us wayyyy too hard. Running at least ten miles a day in cleets in the hot sun, and doing different exercises that involve running. Hello? I am not a running or quarter back. I'm on defensive line. I HONESTLY DONT RUN. Why do i have to do this? I should be working on my strength NOT my speed! How can I help my sore muscles from when they do this to us? I feel like im ready to keel over, pass out and die. This is soooo much for me, im NOT exageratting, and I DONT complain alot! HELP!?!
