How could I get permission to use copyrighted music....!?

Ok, I wanna use a song called "Battle Cry" (by Shonetelle) for a project I have, something about dreams, and I think that that song will be perfect for it. What is the email of the music company? Who do I specifically have to email to get permission? Do you think I'll be allowed to use it? And whats the company?
