How common is it for immigration lawyers to exchance services for sex?

A guy I know is an immigration attorney in his mid-30's, working mainly with Mexican and Chinese clients, and it's pretty well-known that he trades fees for sex with some of the younger women in his clientele base.

Technically this is an ethical violation, but it seems to be relatively common. Is it more common in immigration law than in other areas of law, or do lawyers in other fields commonly exchange sex for services?
