How come we can eat steaks rare but we can't eat chicken rare? I love eating my steaks rare to medium rare and never get sick from eating it that way but If I eat any chicken even if its a little bit rare, I get sick. Why is this? Why do we need to cook chicken thorougly but not steak?

becauce the meat in beef is free from the air bactreas. but chicken, there meat breaths in bactrea. that can course food poisoning

Chicken is exposed to salmonella in processing. Not all chicken has salmonella, but enough does to warrant caution. Therefore, you must cook all chicken well to kill any salmonella that may be present. Beef processing doesn't expose the meat to salmonella, so you don't have to cook it well done.
