How come only 25% of Americans are happy with their health care in comparison to...

...57% of Canadians? and 50% of the UK?

I don't care where you got that poll, England as well as Canada has an approval rating of over 75 percent. Canada is in the low to mid 80s, an that is the official Canadian polls conducted by the state. How many right winger in the U.S. do you suppose took those polls to slant the numbers for Canada and the UK.

Your position in the question is not supported by the content of the link. The link states that 25% are satisfied with the availability of affordable health care. However in the next part of the poll it states that 48% are satisfied with the quality. You are trying to present a false impression either by design, or by bad wording. Either way your contention is unsupportable. Try again.

I've researched that topic for college and found that most negative polls and adverse reports are funded and sponsed by US insurance and right wing groups opposed to change in america. The questions are designed to cause alarm.

It really doesn't matter, since Constitutionally, our government lacks authority to interfere with the situation.

If the statistic really means what you imply, that 75% want government health care, getting a Constitutional Amendment to make it valid shouldn't be a difficult challenge.

I wonder why nobody who proclaims that America overwhelmingly wants this possesses the courage to do that.

You have mis-characterized the question. It was "One-fourth of American respondents are either "very" or "somewhat" satisfied with "the availability of affordable healthcare in the nation."

Sure, because we keep hearing every day for the last 17 years that affordable health care is hard to find in America, yes this result isn't surprising.

When asked about the quality of the health care, we rank just under Canada and beat the UK.

First off, all polls up to this point show that more than 80% of Americans are happy with their health care. It would be interesting to see who was polled and how the question was asked. That 25% number is really suspect.
