Agreed, if you came to my house you'd get loads, my dad says you might even end up with a 'bean block' (he's funny).
I'm not a veggie but not a day goes by without me having my nuts and beans. Tonight for instance I'm having chicken casserole with cannellini,flageolet and adzuki beans in it. Roasted sweet potato on the side.Scrummy.
And with my 2 brazil nuts a week and a ton more of any others (especially cashews and pistachios from LIDL-dead cheap) then I'm getting in all that protein and minerals too. What a winner.
