How come no one complains about Fundie Christians not being integrated into our society?

I hear people say that Muslims don't integrate/assimilate into our society. But what about the Fundie Christians? There are many sects of them which segregate themselves and do not conform to our society's values and also try to impose their values on the rest of us where they are in large numbers. The Apostolic Pentecostals are a prime example. And even worse the Quiverfull families like the Duggars living in their bunker. Aren't these Fundies more of a threat to a free democracy than the Muslims who are only 1% of the US population?
I don't consider the Wesboro Baptist Church in the same group as the others - they are blatant hate group and nothing more.
