How come my Verizon Alias just stopped receiving picture mail out of no where?

Alright so just randomly my Verizon Alias phone stopped receiving picture mail. I can send pictures but for some reason when I'm trying to receive pictures it will connect and then not load all the way and say "message expired or not found." It normally doesn't do this, and just happened out of no where. How can i fix it?
 
The first thing to do when you have any sort of issues with your phone is to dial *228 send then use option 2 to update the phone.
