How Come My Sprint Phone Isnt Working?!?

uh!i have the samsung exclaim and it recently developed probs. like i get text messeges the day after my friends send them to me and i cant send pics to my email to upload or delete pics because it always says theres a problem with the media.uh it annoys me alot.and i dont know what to do.because the other day my cat got on the table and knocked my phone off the table so theres sort of alot of scratches.but none on the screen just around.so will sprint fix it?will it cost?im goin there this wednesday so any help?answers?thnx.
 
my phone does that with messages too.
It's so annoying, it's been happening since may now.
I've tried to tell them and they try to help me but nothing works.

I'd reccommend a new service provider, i'm really disappointed with sprint.

by the way, I have the rumor 2.
