How come my player in photo game face for fight night round 4 doesnt look

anything like me? So ive done at least about 10 different photos and my face never comes out looking like mine. Like its not even close. I even change the hair and skin color and it still doesnt look like me at all!! Why is this. the photos are good quality and everyone i see on the internet works but mine doesnt
