I just bought a brand new ipod touch 4g 32gb from bestbuy about an hour ago and I was able to successfully sync with itunes with the included usb chord. However, my ipod will not charge with the usb for some reason, it's giving me the error message "Charging is not supported with this accessory". I have windows 7 64bit and I know for a fact my usb slots are at least 2.0 (could be 3.0 I can't remember) Does anyone have the slightest clue as to why I cannot charge my ipod?
