OK so I dropped my phone a couple of times and my microphone went out. So now I'm using a Bluetooth... It used to work perfectly! I would know when someone called, talked to them and they could hear me find and EVERYTHING! But now......... I would know when someone calls but it won't let me speak with them through Bluetooth! I have to help into the actual phone for them to hear me... I still know when it hangs up because it beeps and everything too....So why did it stop working all of a sudden and how can I get it to work again?
